Order in Council 962/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Stephanie Zwicker Slavens of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective December 1, 2024.
