On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brian Chillman of Tecumseh, reappointed by O.C. 1462/2020 as a part-time Lawyer member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from his appointment effective June 1, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1462/2020 be revoked.
