Order in Council 987/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act, Rob Sampson of The Blue Mountains be appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
