On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 29(6) of the Public Service Pension Plan, set out in Schedule 1, as amended, under the Public Service Pension Act, 1989;

Earl Dumitru of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Ontario Public Service Pension Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective on the later of August 17, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made.
