Information on a stormwater project through the Showcasing Water Innovation program.
Project overview
Develop an innovative rural stormwater management model and field test it in five high-priority watersheds along the southeast shore of Lake Huron.
The model will help manage impacts of stormwater in rural areas. Once proven, the model can be used in other rural Ontario watersheds.
Expected outcomes
- improved water quality on lake Huron’s southeast shore
- new tool for stormwater management
