These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an unregistered career college by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions
The Superintendent has ordered BusyQA Inc. to stop:
- Offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 8 (1) of the Act.
The Business offers unapproved IT vocational programs, including but not limited to: Software Testing, Full Stack Web Developer, Cybersecurity Analyst, Cloud Computing DevOps, Business Analyst, Data AI Analyst. - Advertising unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act
The Business advertises unapproved IT vocational programs, including but not limited to: Software Testing, Full Stack Web Developer, Cybersecurity Analyst, Cloud Computing DevOps, Business Analyst, Data AI Analyst.
Required Actions
By July 1, 2025, BusyQA Inc. is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:
- Immediately cease offering and providing all unapproved vocational programs.
The Business is responsible for refunding any students currently enrolled in vocational programs. - Immediately discontinue all advertising of unapproved vocational programs.
This applies to both digital and physical advertisements, including but not limited to previously posted content on social media platforms.
