Overview

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing provides services and advice to municipalities and the public through Municipal Services Offices.

These offices help implement policies and programs by providing:

  • support and tools that help municipalities operate more efficiently and effectively
  • municipalities, planning boards, developers and the public with one-stop access to provincial land use planning services
  • service delivery relating to provincial priorities in:
    • land use planning
    • housing
    • local government and municipal finance
    • disaster recovery assistance
