Reasons for decision
The Superintendent issued a Notice of Contravention to, 14112004 Canada Inc. operating as InTech Global Inc. for the following reasons:
Contravention
Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, s. 7 (2) Prohibition against holding oneself out as a career college
The Superintendent believes that the Business misrepresented as a registered career college in social media inquiries when the business was not.

Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, s. 8 (1) Prohibition against providing vocational programs:
The Superintendent believes that the Business offered an unapproved vocational program.
Inquiries into the affairs of InTech Institute identify that Divyansh Nayyar and InTech offered the provision of a 16-week Cyber Security Management program that is within the meaning of vocational program for the purposes of the Act, thereby contravening section 8(1) of the Act.

The Superintendent believes that the Business charged and collected fees while unapproved and unregistered.
Evidence from the inquiry identified Divy and InTech Institute charged and collected payment from a student while unregistered.

The Superintendent believes that the Business advertised the provision of an unapproved vocational program.
