Particulars of a Restraining Order

s. 49 (2) Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005 (“Act”)

These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an unregistered career college by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46(1) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Divyansh (Divy) Nayyar, (Director) and 14112004 Canada Inc o/a InTech Global Inc. to stop:

A. Misrepresenting itself as a registered career college contrary to section 7(2) of the Act.

  1. Inquiries into the affairs of InTech Institute identify that Divy Nayyar and InTech Institute/InTech Global Inc. misrepresented itself as a registered career college to the public while unregistered, contrary to section 7(2) of the Act.

B. Offering or providing unapproved vocational programs contrary to section 8(1)

  1. Inquiries into the affairs of InTech Institute identify that Divy Nayyar and InTech Institute offers the provision of a 145-hour Cyber Security Training program for a fee of $5234 and up to $10,000 that is within the meaning of a vocational program for the purposes of the Act, contravening section 8(1) of the Act.

C. Charging or collecting fees for a vocational program contrary to section 9(1)

  1. Inquiries into the affairs of InTech Institute identify that Divy Nayyar and InTech Institute charged and collected fees for the provision of a 145-hour Cyber Security Training program for a fee of $5234 and up to $10,000 that is within the meaning of a vocational program for the purposes of the Act, contravening section 9(2) of the Act.

D. Advertising or offering for a vocational program contrary to section 11(2)

  1. Inquiries into the affairs of InTech Institute identify that Divy Nayyar and InTech Institute advertises the provision of a Cyber Security Training program on-line and on social media platforms contravening section 11(2) of the Act including but not limited to:

Required actions

By 4:30 p.m. on March 27, 2026, Divyanesh Nayyar and 14113004 Canada Incorporated operating as InTech Global and InTech Institute is required by the Superintendent of Career Colleges to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

A. Take all steps necessary to come into compliance with the Act and its regulations including the following:

  1. Stop misrepresenting as a registered career college, owner/leader of a vocational institute, school or any other combination to the public.
  2. Stop offering the provision of unapproved vocational programs.
  3. Stop charging and collecting fees for the provision of an unapproved vocational program.
  4. Stop providing unapproved vocational programs.
  5. Stop advertising an unapproved vocational program

B. Provide to the Superintendent of Career Colleges a written report of compliance, including a description of steps taken by the Business and all documentation necessary to demonstrate that the Business came into compliance with the Act and its regulations.

Action taken and compliance achieved

From March 18, 2026, to April 7, 2026, the Business responded to the required items to come into compliance with the Act. This was reviewed and confirmed by the designate of the Superintendent of Career Colleges.
