These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Restraining Order against an unregistered career college by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 49 (1) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent of Career Colleges has ordered Megs Paw Spa to:

  1. Stop offering and providing unapproved vocational programs.
  2. Stop advertising unapproved vocational programs.

Required actions

By February 5, 2026, Megs Paw Spa is required by the Superintendent of Career Colleges to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. Have stopped offering and providing unapproved vocational programs.
  2. Have stopped advertising unapproved vocational programs.
