MEDEI protects, under Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, personal information provided by clients, for the purpose of receiving services.

And where our services are delivered indirectly by agencies or other third parties, the Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Infrastructure promotes achievement of the service principles through agreements with those parties, as they are established or renewed.
