We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

October 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provision of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023, c. 9, which amend the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act, 1997, comes into force:
