Secondly: SRO, part of PIN 73601-0088(LT), part of Lots 5 and 6, Concessions 5 and 6, Township of McKim, City of Greater Sudbury;

For clarity, the part of PIN 73601-0088(LT), forming part of the Property does not include:

  1. the lands being retained by the City to form part of the existing or future LaSalle Boulevard road allowance, the dimensions of which will be determined during the SPART process, or other technical review; and
  2. a 0.3-metre reserve being retained by the City along the Property’s frontage on LaSalle Boulevard for the purpose of restricting access to LaSalle Boulevard.
