Protect, Support and Recover from covid-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protect, Support and Recover from covid-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020, c. 36, which amend the Pension Benefits Act, come into force:
Schedule 37, s. 1 (2), (6), 2, 6 (2), 7 (1), 12, 13 (1), 14, 16.
