Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. January 1, 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024, c. 2, which amend the Architects Act, come into force: 
    Schedule 1, s. 1 (1), 2, 3 (1), (2), (5), (6), 4, 5, 7-12, 15, 16, 18.
  2. January 1, 2025 as the day on which the following provision of the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024, c. 2, which amends the Professional Engineers Act, comes into force: 
    Schedule 1, s. 20.

Order in Council 1691/2024
