Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness Act, 2022

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

January 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness Act, 2022, c. 11, which amend the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 1 (1), 3, 4, 7, 8.
