We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

February 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Strengthening Protection for Ontario Consumers Act, 2017, c. 33, being the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017, come into force:
Schedule 1, s. 75-79.
