Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015
Order in Council 578/2022 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015. The proclamation was issued on March 10, 2022. The proclamation was amended by a proclamation issued on June 22, 2023 as directed by Order in Council 862/2023. An amendment to the proclamation, as amended, is now desired.
Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, amend the proclamation by striking out “January 1, 2025” in clause (b) and substituting “April 1, 2025” and by striking out “January 1, 2026” in clause (c) and substituting “December 31, 2025”.
