We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

  1. January 1, 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024, c. 16, which amend the Planning Act, come into force:

    Schedule 12, s. 1 (5), (7), 15 (3), (5).

  2. March 31, 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Red Tape to Build More Homes Act, 2024, c. 16, which amend the Planning Act, come into force:

    Schedule 12, s. 1 (6), 15 (4).
