Notice to be published in the Ontario Gazette re Minister’s Order in relation to Near North District School Board
Notice is hereby given that an order has been made by the Minister of Education under paragraph 1 of s. 230.3(1) of the Education Act, to vest in the Minister of Education control and charge over the administration of the affairs of the Near North District School Board (the “Board”), effective on December 1, 2025. As per subsection 230.4(2) of the Act, no proceeding against the Board shall be commenced or continued in any court without leave of the Minister of Education, and no order of any court shall be enforced against the Board without leave of the Minister of Education.
