The fees for certain land registration services are adjusted annually by an amount equal to 50 per cent of the Consumer Price Index.
As of November 2, 2020, the new fees set out in Schedule I below reflect a 0.33 per cent increase pursuant to this Consumer Price Index adjustment.
The fees set out in Schedules II and III will not be increasing (See attached Fee Schedules I, II and III).
Please note that Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is only applicable on the Electronic Land Registration Services Act, 2010 (ELRSA) fee and has been listed in the fee schedules below.
More information on this annual adjustment, which commenced on November 2, 2015, is provided in Bulletin 2010-02.
The “Service” descriptions in the following schedules have been updated to accommodate the removal of in-person fees, effective October 13, 2020.
This Bulletin replaces Bulletin 2019-02.
