Description

Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, s. 38 (6) Duty to assist:

The Superintendent believes that the AAA Great Toronto Truck Driving School Inc. failed to produce documents in the manner and within the period specified by a designate of the Superintendent and pursuant to subsection 38 (3) of the Act.

On March 7, 2022, a designate of the Superintendent required, pursuant to section 38 of the Act, AAA Great Toronto Truck Driving School Inc. to produce or provide electronic copies of student records by 4:00 p.m. March 11, 2022. AAA Great Toronto Truck Driving School Inc. failed to produce or provide the required items within the time specified.
