Overview

Take our survey and share your experience about paying fines for traffic offences under the Provincial Offences Act. Your feedback will help us improve customer service and make it easier for you to pay traffic tickets by helping to:

  • keep costs down for drivers with an outstanding fine
  • improve customer service
  • reduce possible duplication

We collaborated with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement, and the Ministry of Transportation on this consultation.

We’re working with municipal partners to help drivers pay outstanding traffic tickets or fines by streamlining the collection process, as outlined in the 2025 Ontario Budget.

Share your feedback

This survey will help us collect valuable information on the public’s perception of fine collection and the enforcement of offences, such as traffic violations under the Provincial Offences Act.

This purpose of this consultation is to gather information on:

  • current municipal fine collection and enforcement processes
  • interactions Ontarians have with ServiceOntario
  • the end-to-end user experience to improve customer service
