Overview

Sexual assault is a crime. You are a victim of sexual assault if someone forces you to participate in any type of sexual activity without your consent. This can occur in many forms and does not have to include intercourse.

If you are a victim of sexual assault who lives in Ontario and would like to speak to a lawyer, you may be eligible for up to 4 hours of free legal advice by phone or video. You will also be offered support and referrals for additional services if you need them.

This service does not include legal representation in court.

This service is confidential and is available any time after a sexual assault has occurred.
