Overview

The workforce capacity fund gives grants to public and private service providers to help them expand their capacity to deliver core clinical services to more children in the Ontario Autism Program. This includes 2-year grants ranging from $50,000 to $400,000 in value.

We prioritize applications for the fund that aim to support families and service providers in northern, rural and remote communities, as well as francophone and Indigenous families, as they often face unique challenges.

The fund is one initiative under the OAP capacity action plan.

Apply

The application period is now closed for grants that will be awarded in 2025. The deadline to apply was December 3, 2024, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

We are evaluating the applications we received. We will notify all applicants by email once we have reviewed all applications and made our final decision on the 2025 grant recipients.

Successful applicants must negotiate and enter into a service agreement with the province to receive funding.
