Overview

The new Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP) makes it easier for you to:

  • file documents with the court
  • search for documents and case files
  • pay fines and fees owed on a case
  • stay informed with court proceedings

You can use the Ontario Courts Public Portal in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for:

  • Family proceedings
  • Civil proceedings (including bankruptcy, commercial list and contested estates)
  • Small Claims Court proceedings
  • Divisional Court proceedings
  • Enforcement proceedings

You can use the OCPP in the Ontario Court of Justice for Family proceedings.

Use the OCPP for cases in the Toronto region

Currently, you can use the OCPP in the Toronto region only.

For cases outside of the Toronto region, continue to use Justice Services Online.

To support you during this transition, a variety of helpful resources are available directly through OCPP.

Ontario's Justice Accelerated Strategy

The Ontario Courts Public Portal (OCPP) is part of our Justice Accelerated Strategy to replace legacy technology, standardize court processes, and integrate systems to transform the way justice is delivered in Ontario. We are working with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice in partnership on this.
