Bulletin 230401 — April 1, 2023 updates to the Fee Schedule Master
The temporary global increase to physician payments will be replaced with targeted fee code adjustments.

The Ministry of Health and the Ontario Medical Association have been working together to implement physician compensation changes agreed to under the 2021 Physicians Services Agreement.
On April 1, 2023, the temporary 2.01% global increase to physician payments for services rendered between April 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023 will be replaced by permanent fee code adjustments as per the financial agreement section of the Physicians Services Agreement.
These permanent fee code adjustments will reallocate the temporary across-the-board payment increases to achieve targeted investments in priority areas.
Please ensure that your billing software is updated to reflect the new Fee Schedule Code values for any services rendered on or after April 1, 2023.
The updated Fee Schedule Master can be found on the Ministry of Health website.
This file will be available for download by April 6, 2023.
