Notice of Application for Absolute Title (Subsection 46(2) of the Act)
Take notice that Fifth Avenue Homes (Newmarket) Inc. has made an application to be registered as the owner with an absolute title of land described as follows:
- Part of Lots 10, 11 and 12 on Plan 385 and Part of Lot 1, Concession 2; Town of Newmarket and shown as Part 1 on a draft reference Plan signed by R. Denbroeder, Ontario Land Surveyor dated October 21, 2025; Town of Newmarket; having P.I.N. 03559-0086 (LT);
- All of Lot 13 Plan 385; Town of Newmarket and shown as Part 2 on a draft reference Plan signed by R. Denbroeder, Ontario Land Surveyor dated October 21, 2025; Town of Newmarket; having P.I.N. 03559-0085 (LT)
And take notice that any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said lands or any part thereof is required on or before May 29, 2026, to file a statement of objection which sets out the nature and extent of the interest claimed in the objection, together with evidence, documents or legal provisions and precedents relied upon in support of the objection, directed to the land registrar at the address of the solicitor at Piccin Bottos Professional Corporation/Paul R. Bottos, 4370 Steeles Ave., West, Suite 201, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 4Y4 (email: pbottos@piccinbottos.com).
If no such statement of objection is filed by May 29, 2026, the parties will proceed with the application and any interest claimed in the subject lands will be thereby extinguished and no party will be entitled to receive any further notice with respect to the proceedings.
The Notice of Application for Absolute Title, together with the draft reference plan, were registered in the land registry office of York (LRO #65) on 2026/04/27 as Instrument No. YR3917583.
This Application for Absolute Title is governed by the Land Titles
