Consumer Protection Ontario offers free webinars to help business owners and operators learn more about their obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. All businesses are welcome.

What to expect

Our free webinars:

  • are offered throughout the year and typically last for about an hour
  • use an interactive online format with opportunities to participate and ask questions
  • feature presenters including ministry officials and subject matter experts
  • collect feedback from attendees used to improve future webinars
