Ontario Business Registry (OBR) Partner Portal

The Ontario Business Registry Partner Portal is a separate online tool for intermediaries who file business transactions on behalf of other businesses or clients.

Intermediaries who can use the Partner Portal include:

  • legal professionals
  • accountants
  • members of Ontario Association of Professional Searchers of Records
  • fee-exempt broader public sector
  • service delivery partners

If you are an intermediary, use the Partner Portal to complete filings for your clients.
