This document will guide you through the process of entering your energy consumption data into Portfolio Manager for reporting to Ontario’s broader public sector (BPS) energy reporting initiative.

The following broader public sector agencies need to report their property’s energy use once a year to the Ministry of Energy and Electrification:

  • municipalities
  • municipal service boards
  • public hospitals
  • colleges
  • universities
  • school boards

This document also includes:

  • how to contact the ministry for more help with reporting
