It’s been an exciting year in the Court Services Division (CSD) of the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG). In partnership with the judiciary, we’ve continued to make important progress to modernize and streamline court services and to enhance the workplace experience for our people.

In Fall 2025, we established a new Operational Plan outlining 3 shared goals for the division, as well as our priority projects for the year ahead.

Our Operational Plan unites us in CSD — across our diverse geographies and lines of business — so that everyone is moving in the same direction toward achieving common goals.

In this year’s annual report, you’ll see we are more squarely focusing on our success stories and accomplishments — highlighting our teams and collaborative efforts. Our people are the foundation of our every success, and I am proud to share a small sample of our success stories in this year’s report.

On that note, I want to express my sincere appreciation to all CSD staff and managers, our judicial partners and our valued stakeholders. Collectively, your contributions, collaboration and adaptability have resulted in an incredibly impressive year of progress.
