A new web-based online application for provider registration services has been implemented

The Ministry of Health has implemented a new web-based application service to assist providers with registration and maintenance activities.

Services that can be accessed by the new web-based application are:

  • Provider Registration for an OHIP Billing Number
  • Health Care Group Registration
  • Consent and Authorization for Group Membership and Payment
  • Change of Address, Banking Information, and Group Information for Health Care Professionals or Health Care Groups
  • Application for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Participation
  • Social Assistance Verification Portal PIN Request

Note: Provider Registration will no longer send paper confirmation letters to providers confirming updates to banking or group affiliations.
