Qualification and Registration Tracking System (QuARTS)
QuARTS registration and sign-in
All building practitioners regulated by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s (MMAH) qualification program must register using QuARTS. Practitioners can use QuARTS to manage their registrations, pay fees, and receive renewal notices.
