Qualification and Registration Tracking System (QuARTS)
QuARTS registration and sign-in
All building practitioners and organizations regulated by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s (MMAH) qualification program must register using QuARTS. Practitioners and organizations can use QuARTS to:
- manage their registrations
- get a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN)
- pay fees
- receive renewal notices
