The Ministry of Health is introducing the following new fee schedule codes for physiotherapy services, effective April 1, 2025:

| V851A | Clinic visit – Congregate setting - post day surgery |
| V852A | Clinic visit – Post day surgery |
| V853A | Video visit – Congregate setting - ambulatory service 0-19, 65+ |
| V854A | Video visit – Congregate setting - post acute hospitalization or post day surgery |
| V855A | Video visit – Congregate setting - ODSP/OW recipient |
| V856A | Video visit – Ambulatory service 0-19 yrs |
| V857A | Video visit – Ambulatory service 65+ yrs |
| V858A | Video visit – Post acute hospitalization or post day surgery |
| V859A | Video visit – ODSP/OW recipient |
Please ensure your billing software is updated as soon as possible to incorporate these new codes.
