The Technical Specification for the Outside Use Report (Patients with Signed Consent) has been updated to reflect changes made to the report.

A Service Location Indicator (SERV LOC IND or SLI) column has been added to the Outside Use Report. Details of this change are now in the Technical Specification documentation.
