Overview
The Ministry of Health and the Ontario Medical Association have been working together to implement the 2024 Physician Services Agreement. As part of this work, two new Food Allergy Immunotherapy (FAIT) fee schedule codes were introduced effective July 1, 2026. These new FAIT fee codes are now available for claims submission for services provided from July 1, 2026 onward.

Update your billing software
Please ensure that your billing software is updated to include the new fee schedule codes listed above.
The updated Fee Schedule Master is expected to be available on the ministry’s website at OHIP Schedule of Benefits and Fees under the OHIP Physician Fee Schedule Master section by October 5, 2026.
Medical Claims Adjustments (MADJ)
Due to staged implementations, Medical Claims Adjustments may be required for A620A and K621A codes submitted before the system changes are fully implemented.
